  • According to scripture we are living in the last days, in an era of unprecedented prophetic activity, surrounded by increasing conflict, uncertainty, unrest, deception, immorality and lawlessness.

It would be easy to succumb to fear in such a world.

    But God offers us hope.

To the world it looks like things are falling apart, but as believers and followers of Jesus Christ things are falling into place just as He prophesied.

There is no other book written in the earth which has accurately predicts the future with 100% accuracy, and which provides clear, detailed prophecy concerning the events yet to occur, leading to the end of the world as we know it today.

The Bible repeatedly points to fulfilled prophecy as direct proof that it is God who speaks and not man.

Bible prophecy has been given to us so that we can understand what is happening in our world today, as well as what will happen in the future.

What is the purpose of Bible Prophecy?

    ·      Not to entertain us but to change us.

    ·      Not to scare us but to prepare us.

    ·      Not to make us anxious but to make us aware.

    ·      Not to satisfy our curiosity but to shape our character.

    ·      A focal point to remind us to use our time wisely in the earth.

    ·      Enable us to discern the signs of the time and the time of the signs.

    ·      It gives us a fresh passion and heart for the lost and motivates us to partner with the Holy Spirit to fulfil the great commission (Matthew 28:19-20).

    ·      It fuels biblical hope for the future amidst hopelessness, increasing problems and escalating challenges – reminding us we are going to heaven!

“For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the Archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so, we will be with the Lord forever. Therefore, encourage one another with these words.”

    1 Thessalonians 4:16-18

  • In an instant Jesus divinely elevated the true definition of leadership, as He knelt to wash the feet of those who had chosen to follow Him.

Leading takes many forms in the home, in the workplace, within the church, in the community, and other settings.

Leadership in its simplest terms equals influence.

Who are you influencing “in your world”?

Over five sessions we will lean in to Love Himself to receive the supernatural supply to lead, and clarify what is biblical leadership, birthed, motivated and fuelled by agape love.

The kingdom of God seems “upside down to the world” – within it “the last will be first and the first last.”

God is seeking leaders in this hour who are equipped and positioned, not seeking to be seen but for Jesus to be seen.

“Leading like Love” is focused on aligning with God’s heart, learning to yield to the power, presence and person of the Holy and lead like He leads.

    Philippians 1:3-10

Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself. 4 Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others.5 Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, 6 who, being in the form of God, did not consider it ]robbery to be equal with God, 7 but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men. 8 And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross. 9 Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, 10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, 11 and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

  • Christianity not an “escape from reality” it is the highest form of reality.

Joshua 1:8This book of the Law shall not depart out of your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may observe and do according to all that is written in it. Then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will deal wisely and have good success.”

God offers us THE truth in His Word so we have divine answers for every question we will ever face in life.

As Christians we are “permitted” to ask tough questions, seek clarification and earnestly desire to know THE truth, in a season when deception and confusion abound.

John 8: 31-32 If you abide in my word (hold fast to my teachings and live in accordance with them), you are truly My disciples and you will know the truth and the truth will set you free.”

Thankfully we are not alone in our quest to seek guidance and divine assurance we are on the “right path” when it comes to what we believe. We have an “inside Guide”, the ever-present Holy Spirit, “when He, the Spirit of truth has come, He will guide you into all the truth; For He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He was speak; And he will tell you things to come.”

The true answer to every question will always align with the Word of God.

  • Why do we study the Word of God?

We dig into the Word of God to gain revelation knowledge concerning Jesus, to establish a rock-solid foundation to build our lives upon.

The Word of God becomes the final authority, our true north for every area of lives.

A correct understanding of the Word of God gives us a solid foundation to build our life upon

Revelation knowledge of THE truth produces  maturity  stability  fruitfulness

If we have the right ROOT we will produce the Right FRUIT.

Blessed is the man who walks and lives not in the counsel of the ungodly following their advice their plans and purposes no stands in the path where sinners walk nor sits down where the scornful and mockers gather. But his delight and desire in the law of God and on his law his precepts and instructions he habitually meditates ponders and studies by day and by night. And he will be like a tree firmly planted and tended by streams of water ready to bring forth it's fruit in its season its leaf or so will not fade or wither and everything he does will come to maturity and prosper. Psalm 1:1-3

The best investment we could ever make in our lifetime is to spend time studying the word of God because it doesn't just lead to life it IS life!

Jesus said, “It is the Spirit who gives life: the flesh profits nothing. The words I have spoken to you spirit and life.” John 6: 63
